I offer both 4-hour and 7-hour organising sessions. For detailed pricing information, please visit the ‘Pricing’ page located at the top of the screen.


I believe in complete transparency with all product and containment purchases. Any items sourced for your project will be charged at the exact purchase cost, plus a 20% sourcing and service fee.


No - it’s best to wait until after the editing process, as your storage needs may change. I always aim to use any containers you already have where possible. A key part of my service is assessing how to best utilise your space, and I recommend allowing me to select suitable containment solutions. We offer custom storage solutions at an additional cost, tailored to your goals, budget and style, which we can discuss during your consultation. If you prefer to purchase your own, I will provide recommendations.


No - storage products are not included in the session fee. However, they are an important part of creating simple, functional systems that make your space easier to maintain.

We bring a range of suitable options such as baskets, tubs and turntables to your session and only use what best suits your space and needs. You’ll always receive a cost estimate beforehand, and you will only be invoiced for any products used.


No, we are not cleaners. We are happy to do surface cleaning of areas that we are working on but day-to-day cleaning of windows, bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping will need to be done by yourself or your cleaner. 


Home Organisation & Decluttering – Your involvement is most important during the “edit” (decluttering) stage, we’ll work together to sort and edit your belongings, helping you decide what to keep, donate, or let go of.


Once the edit process is complete, you’re welcome to step away, run errands, or relax while we take care of the organising. We simply ask that you keep your phone nearby in case we need your input along the way.


Home Open Preparation – During your consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and expectations for presenting your home at its best. From there, you’re welcome to leave everything in our capable hands. We treat your belongings with the utmost care and respect throughout the process.


Moving & Unpacking – We can work independently or alongside you to efficiently unpack and organise your new home, creating practical systems tailored to your lifestyle. We’ll also share helpful tips to make maintaining an organised and functional home easier moving forward.


I always aim to accurately estimate session times, however some projects may take longer or involve last-minute changes. If we’re approaching the end of our session, I’ll communicate clearly with you about what’s left, what can be completed in the remaining time, and whether you’d like to extend the session. Any additional time and cost will be discussed with you upfront and are outlined on our 'Pricing' page.


 Your time is valuable, as is ours. We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations/rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee. 


Yes, If you have a self-managed NDIS plan, you can submit your Tidy with Tegan invoice for reimbursement. We recommend confirming eligibility with the NDIS before booking.
